The online product can only be used to file a 2016 tax return. TurboTax has no products available now to file a 2011 tax return. The oldest return that could be filed with TurboTax is 2013.

To file a 2011 return you would either have to find a paid professional with 2011 software or a tax preparation volunteer site that still has software that old.
