How can i file without my spouses information i did it last year without it

If you are filing married filing separately then you must enter the spouse's name & SS# on the tax return.  If you do not enter these you cannot efile the return ... you must print, ink sign and mail it in.

How did you file last year?  Single or Head of Household?  If you are married you can only file Married Joint or Married filing Separately or Head of Household if you qualify.  So if you didn't enter your spouse's info last year you may have filed wrong.
