What do you mean by "close" ?
Do you have the advantage system where the program is auto renewed each November ?
Of just the online account ?
'close' as in cancel my Intuit profile, disassociate my email and personal info, delete my data, etc.

If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your CD or download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.
I don't want to file with Intuit in 2024 because I changed my mind. Furthermore, there was information on Intuit about me from previous years that I used it and I also want that information to be deleted.
TurboTax: TurboTax accounts cannot be deleted. As long as you haven't paid your TurboTax Online fee (or registered a cost-free version), you can clear any data you entered using the Clear and Start Over feature. Once you've paid or registered, the law requires Intuit to store copies of your return.
