How can I check on the following? I had scheduled a payment of $658 for taxes I owed and it was supposed to have been posted on 4/15 but my account does not reflect such.

If I can’t check online then who do I call for this scheduled payment?

I'm having the exact same issue... same dates as well.

It may take a few days for the debit so show up in your bank. You can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040, but they will probably just tell you to wait a few days.
