How can I change the primary name on our joint return to be my husband and not me?

Stop.   If you have been filing joint returns in the past and your name has been listed first, leave it alone.  Changing the order of the names makes no difference at all to your refund or tax due, and it will confuse the IRS and cause delays.

It has always been my husband first and now it shows me first. I want to change it to him first. How can I do that?

If it has always been husband first, then go back to My Info, delete your name and enter his information first.   Then go through the screens and when it asks him  (remember---TT does not know who is sitting at the keyboard) if he was married in 2023, say yes.  Then it will ask if he wants to file with his spouse.  Say yes,  Then it will ask for your information and you will enter your own information.
