Unfortunately, once your e-filed return has been accepted or you already mailed it, it's too late to change your refund.

However, if your you e-filed return got rejected, you can simply step through the File section again to choose a different method.

If you have already e-filed it is too late to change how you receive your refund. Did you e-file?
