How can I change line 40 (refund or adjusted refund) on my Missouri amended return? My state refund was less than the refund amount on my original return.

Change it on the federal portion of TurboTax. 

Click Federal

Wages & Income

Scroll down to “Other Common Income” (First click “Show all income” if needed)

Click Start  or Revisit next to Refunds Received for State/Local Tax Returns

edit the amount

Your suggestion would let me change the refund amount for the prior year.  I need to change the refund for the year I am amending (2018).
