The pre-paid Visa cards you see mentioned in the TurboTax user forum are the cards that people get for their income tax refunds.  Some users choose the card as a way of receiving a tax refund instead of having a check mailed or having a deposit made directly to a bank account.  They are not ordinary "credit cards."   TurboTax does not issue ordinary credit cards.
