How can i amend the amount entered for heath insurance amount paid on my michigan state unfiled return?

If you haven't filed, you cannot amend. Go back into your Michigan return and make the corrections before you file. If you have efiled federal, sign in and click "add a state". That will get you in so you can fix your error.
