How can I add Illinois Driver's License or ID Card Middle Name when signing tax return?

Illinois Tax return is rejected because it is missing Driver's License weight and Middle name. The program allows for entry of weight but does not allow the entry of Middle name. So the Tax return gets rejected again.

To fix this error, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have entered the previous year's IL AGI correctly.
2. Verify Your IL PIN 
3. Make sure to enter all 8 digits (This is not your 5-digit federal PIN).
4. Verify your IL drivers license or state ID number is entered correctly.
5. If it's your first year filing with IL, you will have to enter your IL Drivers License or state ID information. 
6. Enter each field exactly as it's on your IL Drivers License or state ID (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix (leave blank if necessary), and weight.
7. You may not use an out-of-state or expired driver's license.
8. You may need to print and mail your return if the reject continues after re-transmitting.

When clicking through, it only asks for the Driver's License number and then fills in the form based on the data from other parts of Turbotax, when it tries to fix the section, it only offers an opportunity to insert the weight, not edit the Middle Name field. Is there a way to manually modify certain fields to put in the Illinois Middle Name ?

Thank you for the answer. This is the same as what the app told me was incorrect and it would "fix". However there is still no option to put in the middle name for Illinois DL.

#6 in your list is what is not possible to actually DO. 

How or where can you get to a place to enter it? Next thing would be to just print it out or using the Illinois Revenue website.

Information for your name, you will need to change that in the federal section of the return, under My Info.  To fix the rest of the information that applies to Illinois, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Make sure you have entered the previous year's AGI correctly

I'm having the exact same issue (and it's for my first time filing daughter, so we can't do AGI or IL pin). 

LeticiaF1 Per the turbotax instructions you reference in #6 "Enter each field exactly as it is on your Drivers License or state ID (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix (leave blank if necessary), and weight."

That's the issue... we're unable to access all the fields. The initial state of the Electronic Filing Information form fields are state, driver's license #, Expiration date, and Issued date. Then, when you go to file, TurboTax calls out an issue with Electronic Filing Information for Illinois and provides that secondary opportunity to "add driver's license weight", but none of the other fields are editable.
