Hi im mailing my return because i have identity theft and didnt recieve my ipin and couldnt verify my info on line so what forms go with the paper return

is it the 1040 and the schedule eic forms that go with a mailed return

With your TurboTax paperwork should be a cover sheet for mailing that gives you the exact documents you need to send to the IRS as well as an address.

However, generally, you need to enclose the 1040, any Schedules such as A, B, D, etc.  EIC, any other credits; Federal/State copies (only 1 copy to each agency) of W-2's. 

Do not send Worksheets or TurboTax information for you alone.  Since I don't really know all the areas of your return, I may have suggested forms to send you don't have.
