In the PDF download the state return will be located directly below the federal tax return forms, schedules and worksheets when viewing the PDF.

Agreed ... if you filed a state return then it will be in the HUGH PDF that you can currently download.  You just need to wade thru all the federal forms/schedules/worksheets to get to the state forms/schedules/worksheets.  Use the PDF reader to choose the pages you want to save/print ... don't print the entire 100+ pages for no reason.
