Hi i would like to do amended tax filing for 2017 tthat was filed with another consultancy not with turbo tax

Ideally you should go back to who did it and they should amend it for free if it was their error.

You would have to buy the prior year Desktop program.  Then first recreate your original return exactly as filed.  Then when it matches each line you say you want to print and mail it and print it out so Turbo Tax thinks you filed it.

Then you can do the amended return.
