Hi, I used a Turbo tax CD to file in 2014 and 2016. And I used Turbo tax online in 2015. Why can't I see my 2014 and 2016 files online, and how can I see them?

Returns prepared using the CD are not stored online.

Look on you computer for a .tax2014 and .tax2016 file. Personally, I don' think it's a good idea to keep switching back and forth between modes.
