Hi. I still have not received my state refund. I also have not heard anything about refiling my 2017 taxes a few months ago. Is there anyway you could help?

Make sure your state return was accepted:

To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.

 "I also have not heard anything about refiling my 2017...."   Do you mean you prepared a Form 1040X to amend your 2017 return and mailed it in?  That is the only way to amend a tax return.  Or do you mean something else by "refiling?"
