Hi! I still have not received my 2019 taxes that has been sent to me via mail. its been a year, what can I do ?

Do you mean your refund was supposed to be mailed to you?  TurboTax does not mail your tax return to the IRS for you.  If you mean you chose to file by mail, you have to print, sign and mail your own tax return.   

If you mean the IRS/state was supposed to mail a check to you when they issued your refund....were you tracking it on the IRS site?  Did the site say that a check was mailed to you?   Was your correct mailing address on your tax return?

Yes, the IRS was suposed to send me mail a check to my home  address and I still have not received anything and it has been a year now.
