You can access your prior year's return information by following the steps below.

1. Sign into TurboTax that used to file your previous year's returns. If you're not sure what email/user ID you used, run this recovery tool (https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/) on any email addresses you may have used. 
2. Scroll down and click on blue link in the lower right-hand corner that says 'Load My Tax Timeline'
3. Next select the year(s) you need and click 'Download/print return (PDF)'

If you used the Federal Free Edition last year, you may need to pay for PLUS in order to access your prior returns. If you upgrade to Plus, your AGI (adjusted gross income) information will automatically transfer over.
