Hi - I just finished amending my 2019 Federal taxes. I live in Georgia, per TurboTax it says to send to Kansas City, per the IRS site it says to send to Austin.

The IRS also says Kansas City if you are not including a payment with the tax return.

Correction - You said you were filing a amended tax return, Form 1040-X, so that return would go to Austin, Texas as noted in the IRS website.
