There is no refund of the Online fees ... the fees are for the use of the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you have to mail it in ... at no time was a successful efile guaranteed. Log in and fix the error preventing you from efiling or print the return to mail.
The same happened to me on 4/9/2020. I followed the advice to log in and fix the problem and it's not working, keeps getting rejected. All my information is correct. I can't find a number or anyway to talk to a Tubo Tax Rep and I paid $150 for this service. Utter BS! Never using this service again unless they fix this issue or refund my money. I did not sign up only to have to mail my returns. I used H&R block last 3 years and never had this problem.
What is the exact rejection message or code ?
I just spent over an hour with a turbo tax rep who could not help me solve this problem. I can't believe I can't get a refund from Turbo Tax. I'm reporting this to the better business bureau. and I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. This is complete BS!
