No. You can't do a prior year online and Turbo Tax only sells the last 3 years Desktop programs. You may need to go to a local accountant or tax place.

A 2014 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
No. In fact you cannot use TurboTax for 2014 at all. The software for 2014 is no longer available, nor is it supported even if you can find it on eBay, etc. You can prepare a 2014 return by hand and mail it in.

Even if the 2014 return shows a refund, it is too late to receive it. A 2014 refund has been forfeited. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
