To report your card lost, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost card replacement fee will apply. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

hello i realized that we have to follow the link but i dont have the card to create an online account so i cant even report it lost and when i tried calling in the voice mail said to do it online and it hung up . so basically how can i report my card lost so i can receive my new one if both options aren't working for me .
hello Ms.Michelle i called the card portal and they had the voice mail basically saying to report your card stolen/lost on the website. The website keeps telling to put my card information in and i'm unaware of it because my card is lost. i wanted to see how i can get a new card sent to me without going through such a hassle. Because both the phone and online aren't working for me
