I get error 102345 when I try to open my return. i found .tax2018 on my computer, but cannot open it I still get the error message. how do I find out if it was filed?

I get error 102345 when I try to open my return. i found .tax2018 on my computer, but cannot open it, I still get the error message. I thought I filed my return, can I find out if it was filed? And will I be able to access my return?
