Your refund may be accepted, but in pending status by the IRS. If it is pending that means they accepted it and are working on it. You can sign back in to Turbo Tax to see they are accepted. This FAQ will show you how to check your e-file status to see if return were accepted. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/6521525

Once it is accepted, you can track your refund with the IRS and through Santa Barbara Tax Products Group if you chose direct deposit. It may take a few days before any information is available.

My AZ is till Pending as well after my Federal was accepted 2 days ago.

It says accepted on both as of jan 28 and still today when I call or track refund status they both say we cannot access that information and I direct deposited ....did i mess something up? Should i file again? Or should i just wait??its got me really worried cause i dont know if i messed something up or someone is trying 2 hack my account ...please help

No. Don't file again. The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. Continue to check the Where's My Refund? tool for the most current information.

Thank you but its saying they have been accepted and it's been over 3 days and still it says we cant access that information. Does this always happen? This my first time filing

The IRS began processing tax returns on January 27, 2020 and your federal tax return may take a little longer than usual to process as they work through the backlogged returns.
