Help, it's not asking me to list any of my figures, and it's saying I have a refund of zero. how can it tell if it doesn't see my figures???

Go to Federal>Wages & Income and enter your income. Then go through the rest of the program carefully and enter all other relevant information. Check everything over carefully before you e-file.
