Help! I was almost done with my '25 fed/state taxes in TT Online. Logged out of TT to check returns. Now my 2025 work is gone. Cleared cache/cookies; still have prob?

I logged out right before finishing the e-file step in TT Online. When I log back in, TT Online is trying to create a new 2025 return for me, based on my 2024 info, as if I had never started (and almost finished) the 2025 return. Please help!

You may have more than one TurboTax account.

Thanks  DoninGA.  Unfortunately, nothing works and it appears I have to start my return again.  I had only one Intuit account and have always returned to my in-progress work in the same way, but this time my 2025 work is just gone.  Really disappointed in the TT platform right now.
