Hello. TurboTax says my refund is $417, but I only received $336.96. What happened?

Do you have  both Federal and state refunds?   If so, which one did you receive?    They come separately at different times.

For the Federal refund amount, go by what is shown on your Form 1040, Line 20a.

Did you have TT fees deducted from it?

you did not get an even dollar amount, that means TurboTax took their fee including sales tax..
