Hello, I submitted my return yesterday, but today I received a 1099-C form for a discharged debt. Is it possible to make any changes to my tax return?

Not at this time. If your return is rejected by the IRS for some reason, you can make changes before you resubmit. Once filed and accepted by the IRS, the only way to make a change is to file an amended return. See the following FAQ on amended returns:
