Hello, I see the fed tax $1 was accepted. Does the $2k state tax that it said I owed not go through?

It says I owe $1 and it was accepted for the fed tax. 
But for the state tax- it says I owe over $2k.. which I feel maybe I did something wrong for it to say I owe that much. 
but I wanted to know why the fed tax for $1 was accepted and not the state tax.. if maybe I did do it incorrectly and that’s why it’s not accepted?
