Hello, I mailed my tax info in on March 11th and when I check my refund status at the IRS it’s still telling me they have no info for my return. But, on the TurboTax app, it says at the top of th

the page that my taxes were mailed in and that the IRS has the info needed for my refund. I’m not sure what to do now

You will need to wait until the IRS starts processing mailed in returns again.   The IRS is not processing mailed in returns right now.  The following is from the IRS:

 

The IRS is not currently able to process individual paper tax returns. If you already have filed via paper but it has not yet been processed, do not file a second tax return or write to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return or your economic impact payment. Paper returns will be processed  once processing centers are able to reopen.
