Hello. I made it to the end of the e-filing process, but did not have my tax info from 2015. I don't owe and am expected a refund. Will I be penalized?

You won't be penalized if you're due a refund.  IRS penalties are calculated based on tax owed, so if you don't owe any, there's no penalty.  Filing late won't matter if you're getting a refund.
