No, you would not file her 2018 return with her 2019 taxes.  You would file each year separately.  Her 2018 return cannot be e-filed with TurboTax, you would mail in the 2018 return in it's own envelope & you cannot prepare a 2018 year return with TurboTax Online.  To file a prior year return with TurboTax, you would need to download their 2018 tax software.  You can download the 2018 tax software at the following website.

You can file her 2019 tax return using the Online version.
