Hello i have the turbo tax Visa card and a date of 02/22/2018 from irs to receive funds will my refund be on my card that day or before

Only the IRS can provide an answer for you regarding whether or not you will receive it sooner, since they are the ones that issue your refund. But if that is the date you are seeing on their website when you check Where's My Refund?, then that is the most accurate date and is when you should receive it on. I'd suggest keeping an eye out on your Turbo Prepaid card to see if it hits before then. And make sure you have activated the card already.
