If you are paper filing your federal tax return, you will need to mail your tax return to IRS. You can use the post office, or any other means of shipping. I suggest you mail your tax return with tracking so that you can make sure the IRS gets your tax return. If you are paper filing a state tax return, you need to mail your state tax return to your state.

If your LLC is a single-member LLC and you haven't filed an election form with IRS to be taxed as a corporation, you need to report (enter) your LLC's income and expenses on your personal tax return. 

If your LLC is being taxed as a corporation or has multiple members, you can use TurboTax Business to prepare your LLC tax return.
