Hello. I didn't get my state refund, but today is 21 day since I filled. Also I tried to go to OH state tax website and track refund, but it didn't work.

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual state tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.

Or does your account say Printed or Ready to Mail or Started, etc. when you log In?

I have checked info. State tax refund status is accepted. That's it. I have filled 03/05/2019 and it was accepted the same day, so I don't know why I can't get my state refund. Actually I already got my federal

If your state return is showing as accepted, but you are unable to view the current status on the Ohio Department of Taxation website, you could give them a call and speak with a representative. 

They would be able to access your account and provide you with any updates/information that they may have, or they may simply confirm that they have all of the information that they need at this time and are still working on processing your return.
