Were you here on the US on a J-1 visa?
And did the email actually say"Accepted" (which is not the same as Approved)?

yes right I had J-1 visa. and yes. i received accept email Dec 27.

I tried this 1040-EZ From.(Is it different with1040-NR?) and I received e-mail in December not last month.

They are different. NR is for nonresident.
"I received e-mail in December not last month."  As I said, that cannot be.

I can see my total refund on my account this website.

But you will probably have to amend to do a 1040-NR.

and your website required me to update information so I did. and it seems was delayed. I already can see my total refund on website. how does it work?

Sorry, we are just other users here, not TT employees. The best way for international users to contact TurboTax is to use messaging to a TurboTax Support agent directly through the TurboTax websites at Twitter or Facebook.  Be sure to tell them that you were a nonresident alien.

You probably should have filed a 1040-NR, which Turbotax does not support.

And TT efile for 2016 shut down in October, so you could not have received an Accepted email in December.
