The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2020.

To complete and file a prior year tax return, 2019 thru 2017, using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year required from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A prior year tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.  When mailing multiple tax years use a separate envelope for each tax year being mailed.

for 2018 and 2019 you'll need the desktop software that only runs on a full pc or mac. you won't be able to e-file those returns. 2020 can be done online and e-filed.
