Haven’t received my refund yet and it’s been over a month but I re wives one of my state returns

I filed my Kentucky Taxes and Ohio taxes because I lived in one state for half of the year and then the other state for the second half of the year but however I received one of my state return and I’m still waiting on my other state return and also my federal taxes and it’s been over a month I haven’t gotten any letter or anything in the mail stating anything was wrong or needed to be corrected and the IRS website is not telling me anything and the numbers that are listed on the IRS are invalid I can’t reach anybody.

I have tried that and I’ve tried to call that number multiple times and it won’t go through.

If you haven't received your refund, you can check the IRS website under Refunds tab to check the status of your return.  The IRS have backlog due to Covid-19.

The IRS started processing electronically filed income tax returns on a first in, first out basis in February 12, 2021  The refunds are processed within 21 business days after IRS acceptance of the electronically filed return.
