Have you tried to track your refund on the IRS Where's My Refund website? What information does it give you, has your refund been accepted/approved?

You can check on the status of your Federal return here:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

You can find your state's website to check on your state refund here:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300211

For the 2018 tax year, they have done away with the Form 1040-EZ and 1040A, so the Form 1040 would be the correct form to use. Were there any other areas on your return that were concerning that I could take a look at for you?
