I electronically filed my 2020 Income back in Feb of 2021. However, the refund has not hit my account. I've checked the IRS where's my refund but they have nothing regarding the refund. I can't seem to get any assistance form Intuit Turbo Tax. What should I do?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Did you efile? Was it Accepted?
Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?
If you used the Online version you can check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
You are not alone. Millions are still waiting. Turbo Tax only gives you an estimated date. The IRS usually pays most refunds within 21 days. But these are not normal times. This year is taking the IRS longer to send the refunds. There are millions more people filing returns to get the Stimulus payment.

IRS - Questions about Refunds

I have the copy of my Federal Return Acceptance "February 13,2021 and still have not received my 2020 refund. I have checked daily with the IRS and have received no answers - the latest comment from the IRS said to check with my software people.
@Crazyworld TurboTax cannot check on your refund or speed up the IRS for you. By "check with the software" they could only mean to check to see if you used the software correctly and actually e-filed and had a return that was accepted. The IRS (or state) will not ever share information with TurboTax after you file your tax return.
If your online account says anything other than "accepted" for your 2020 tax return then it was not filed successfully. If it was not filed and accepted then the only way to file it now is by mail.
If it was accepted---and you say you have that in writing---only the IRS can give you any information.
