I filed both my Colorado state taxes and Federal taxes for 2020 on 2/24/2020. I have received my Colorado refund 6 weeks ago but I have not received my federal return. It says it is pending which is what it has said for weeks.

It is also possible that you owed IRS and they took your refund to offset the debt. I will suggest you contact the Treasury Offset Program at 800-304-3107 to find out. If this does not apply to you , call the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service at 1-877-777-4778.

I have not received my refund check although I have received the state refund for 2020. The numbers provided to call are of no help. Since it appear that some people that have used Intuit have had issues with the Intuit returns it would be helpful as a benefit to the purchasers of the product to have someone at Intuit be the go to person to help solve the problem not just supply phone numbers. I am unhappy. My returns for 2020 were transmitted by Intuit on 2/24/2021. Today is April 12, 2021.
Intuit has no control over when the IRS approves a refund and subsequently issues it; federal and state tax returns are processed by 2 separate entities so one being processed before the other is a usual occurrence. Once your refund is approved then you will be able to track it on WMR; please keep in mind that due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, the IRS is experiencing major delays.
