Have custody of child since March 2022 and have documentation. Can I submit documents online through turbo tax to continue using turbo tax , to file this year ?

what documents? Turbotax is a self-prepared return unless you want to upgrade to live to have a pro complete your Turbotax return

Proof that the child lived with you is NOT sent in with a tax return.  It is only sent later if the IRS was to audit/question  your position so keep the records safe in case you need them later.
