Have 2 different results for taxes on this site--one I owe money and one I get a refund. Do not understand this??

If you did two returns within different accounts, you could pull up your Form 1040 for each of them in different browser windows and compare them to each other. Once you find the discrepancy, it will help you narrow down which area so that you can view/make corrections to the return you will submit. 

To preview your Form 1040 within TurboTax:

1.) On the left-hand side of your screen, click Tax Tools

2.) Click Tools

3.) On the window that pops up, click View Tax Summary

4.) On the left-hand side of your screen, click Preview My 1040
