Has anyone received their tax advance refund? I have been getting the run around from Credit Karma and TurboTax since January 30th 2022. Neither of them have answers.

I have several times. TurboTax says it’s up to credit karma… Credit karma says they have to receive the funds from TurboTax then they will deposit said funds into my account. The TurboTax support said I have a $500 but it has not been disbursed yet. So why have my funds not been disbursed into my credit karma account as I was approved for?
