Has anyone had their refund adjusted with TPG or have we all been DUPED?

I am seeing many posts about being shorted, but has ANYONE actually had their issue resolved? I am missing 1,500 of my refund. I'm sick to my stomach and have been on hold with TPG for over an hr. How can they get away with this, but if we make a $5 mistake, we immediately hear from the IRS????

I’ve read over 20 post of people with the same issues. Just random amounts missing! No updates. I called TPG with no luck. I emailed the president of intuit.

I have the same issue. thousand dollars short.

TPG gives you whatever the IRS gave them to give you (minus your fee).

They can't possibly know why the IRS changed the amount down from what you expected.
