Has anyone had any issues getting your refund? IRS page has said the same thing for 5 weeks, that my refund is still being processed and a refund date will be provided

Mine also and it’s beyond aggravating!  I can’t get anyone on the IRS website neither as it says they are beyond busy and to try my call again later.  What’s even more upsetting is that TT charged me an astronomical amount of money and apparently after the irs accepts it TT no longer deals with it!  So we’ve all paid this money to TT, have our returns accepted within hours and they no longer can help us?

@Kummer5  TurboTax is just a tool that you use to prepare and file your own tax return, like an elaborate calculator. Once your tax return has been accepted, TurboTax cannot get any information from the IRS about the status of your tax return or your refund.
