Has anyone else received there refund early from turbotax but missing money?

I owed money thar was taken out however I received some money from turbotax early but even after the $173 they charged me to do my taxes I'm still short almost $100. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else

Please see how do I review my fees in TurboTax Online to view the specific charges incurred when you completed your tax return.  

If that does not assist, you can also contact us to discuss your account balance.  An agent will be able to review the fees that were charged by TurboTax.  

You can also refer to this FAQ for more details on why your tax refund may have been lower if the changes were made by the IRS.  Typically, the IRS will mail you a letter if they make any adjustments to your refund amount.
