Had to look at tax transcript for something and says they already processed and sent my refund but no sign of it and no update that they have even processed and sent it

What is displayed at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

Is your Federal refund supposed to come directly from the IRS to your bank account (or card?)   

Or did you use any of these options? "Pay fees out of refund", or "up to 5 days early" offer,  or Refund Advance?   Those options use a third-party intermediary bank to first receive the funds from the IRS before they send the rest on to you in a second direct deposit.

Five days early and I stil don’t have them and its 25th so what was point off paying for early deposit

You didn't say what is displayed at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.  Has the IRS finalized your refund?

What does that tool show?   Did that say the 25th?

  The offer is actually for "up to 5 days early", so it can be anywhere from 1-5 days early.   If you don't get your refund at least 1 day earlier than if it had come directly from the IRS, then TurboTax says it refunds the $35 fee.  Here's how it works:
