Got CP14 even though I paid and the payment has gone through

I received CP14 stating we owed taxes even though I did everything via Turbotax and the amount I owed (per TT calcs) was already pulled from my bank. 

I am not seeing why IRS thinks I owe more than what TT calculated, so I need some help figuring out the source of the difference. I have audit defense for this year, but since this is not an audit, I am assuming they won't help. 

FYI - the tax owed and tax paid amounts on my TT filing are the same as the ones on the IRS letter. So it seems like an IRS error that they did not receive the payment or it has not logged the payment to my account properly? 

Is there TT customer support that can review my file?

Many taxpayers are receiving those letters in your situation. Call the number on your letter to clarify.
