Got a 1098-T AFTER filing my taxes. Tried to amend on here, but it says my taxes "weren't filed yet." Not true. They were filed AND accepted. So how can I amend?

You should wait until your return has been fully processed and your refund has been received if you are expecting one.

Then, use the instructions in the following TurboTax article to amend your return:

Thank you, Annette.  I took your advice and waited, but I have now received both my state and federal returns and my Turbo Tax account STILL says I haven't filed anything yet and to come back after I have.  Very frustrating.  And it's impossible to get a phone call through to an actual person at Turbo Tax (I got one person who was clueless and hung up on me, and then another two times I was hung up on without ever reaching a person).  So far, I am not impressed with this service at all.  Any ideas how to amend my return at this point??  I'm stuck.

Is it possible that you filed under a different username or an account tied to a different email address?  That would explain why you are seeing the message that you have not filed, but you have received refunds.

Take a look at the following TurboTax article for more information:  How many TurboTax accounts do I have?
