Full page does not print for 1040-sr (all 3 pages)

When I print my 1040-SR completed form, all 3 pages are missing the information at the bottom.   page 1 is missing line z and below,  page 2 is missing line 24 and below, and page 3 is missing the information below the Paid Preparer Firm's name.    Is this a problem within Turbo Tax?   Am I permitted to write in the values that are missing and submit to IRS?  It doesn't matter if I print from the user interface, or if I print from the forms view.  Same result.

This is usually a PDF viewer issue, try the following to troubleshoot your issue:

 

  1. Try using a different browser.
  2. Save the PDF Go > to file > Print > Microsoft Print to PDF > then print the new file
  3. Disable “Print in grayscale/black only” if the PDF is white text on dark background
  4. Update/repair Acrobat: Help > Check for Updates; then Help > Repair Installation (Windows).
  5. Clear print spooler (Windows): 1) Win+R > services.msc 2) Stop “Print Spooler” 3) Delete files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS 4) Start “Print Spooler”

Let us know if these do not correct your issue.

Not sure what PDF viewer you are using....but..

 

The Print process on my Acrobat PDF reader, allows me to select printing the page to:

Fit

Shrink Oversize pages

Actual Size

or Customs Size the printed page by some %

Try printing one page at a time using (perhaps) either the FIT setting, or perhaps the Custom % (95% or 90%) until you get it all OK.  Then print all the pages at that setting.
